LDO Partners was founded by Hunter Merryman, who brings over a decade of experience in corporate and investment banking. He spent several years in corporate banking originating and structuring debt financings for companies before transitioning into sales and trading, where he helped businesses manage their foreign currency exposure and financial risk.
That background brings real financial fluency — capital structure, financing, and risk management — to the work of acquiring a business and strengthening it for the years ahead. His focus now is singular: to find one excellent Southern California company and dedicate himself fully to operating and growing it as a committed, long-term owner.
